Other items are not available for international shipping at this time.

♦︎ Shipping Method & Fees

・Orders are shipped via FedEx (with tracking number included).

・Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout and vary by destination country and package weight.

【When purchasing only a T-shirt】

・If you are purchasing only a T-shirt, it will be shipped as a small package under 0.5 kg, within A4 size and 3 cm thickness.

【When purchasing the 3-piece car care set】

・・If you purchase one 3-piece car care set, it will be shipped in a FedEx BOX M (internal dimensions: approx. 33.66 cm x 29.21 cm x 6.03 cm) with a total weight of under 1.5 kg.

・If you purchase a T-shirt together with the 3-piece car care set, they will be shipped together in one package.
The shipping fee will be calculated based on the total weight of the T-shirt and car care set.
No additional shipping fee will be charged for the T-shirt.

【When purchasing individual car care items】
If you purchase individual car care products (SHIBUI COAT, REGENE BASE, Neutral Thick Liquid Shampoo, or RUBBER CARE COAT), they will be shipped in a FedEx exclusive pack.
If you purchase multiple items, they will be combined and shipped together in one package, and the shipping fee will be calculated based on the total weight.

⚠️ Important – Combining Items

If you are purchasing multiple items, please make sure to place them in the same cart before checkout.
If items are ordered separately in different carts, separate shipping fees will apply to each order.
(For example: If you order a T-shirt and a car care set in separate orders, you will be charged shipping fees twice.)

・Orders are usually shipped within 5 business days after confirmation.

・During long Japanese holiday periods (e.g., Golden Week, Obon, New Year), or due to weather conditions or carrier-related delays, shipping may take longer than usual.

・International delivery times vary depending on the customs procedures of each country.
Please note that delivery may take longer than estimated in some cases.

♦︎ Customs Duties, Import Taxes, and Other Local Fees

・Product prices and shipping fees do not include customs duties, import taxes (such as VAT), or local clearance charges.

・These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer.

・We do not provide advance estimates or handle payments for customs duties or taxes.

・For more information, please contact the customs office in your country prior to ordering.
